About the event
This workshop is designed to equip parents and caregivers with the knowledge, understanding, and tools needed to effectively support adolescents who may be struggling with self-harm. Participants will deepen their understanding of why self-harm occurs, address common misconceptions, and learn constructive approaches for communicating with and supporting their child in a compassionate and informed way.
We honour the Quw’utsun peoples on whose traditional lands we gather.
