Wage Subsidy Program 

Receive $12.00 per hour for up to 30 hours per week for 6 weeks with the YEMP Wage Subsidy program. This offers cost-effective hiring options by reducing hiring costs while providing valuable work experience to the youth.

Post-hiring support

Cowichan Valley Youth Services' YEMP team provides onsite visits to check in with participants and employers, provide job coaching and other support as necessary to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
